Martín Berasategui, chef with 12 Michelin stars, trusts in our lamb for his restaurants and for his daily life.
What began as a curious anecdote has, over time, created a wonderful story: ‘When we sent a batch of our best lamb cuts to Martín, not only did we immediately and smoothly start working together for his restaurants, but he ordered 20 filleted lamb picaña for his daughter's birthday, which was being celebrated that same week’.
Since then, this passion that we share in our way of understanding what we do and what we like, or as Martín puts it: ‘garrote’, has forged a relationship between us that could well be defined as a friendship.
